The Agents Blueprint · Post-event recap
At the show, we built Sims Real Estate live. Then Tony Lawson and Buri Son opened the doors to what sits behind a modern real estate business: RE1, Propel and Beamo. We use it ourselves, every day — so you know it works. It's simple to use, setup in minutes, and there's loads of little features that are going to take your business to new levels of efficiency. Fast. Secure. Simple.

The first event of the day
We showcased a complete web build for Brittany and Sims Real Estate — a refined, public-facing experience spanning sales, property management, holiday accommodation, reports and lead capture.
But a beautiful website was never the finish line. It was the front door to a complete agency system.

What sat behind the reveal
The operating system · Built by Tony Lawson
The Sims website is the public face. RE1 is the connected system behind the work — bringing the website, CRM, open-home check-ins, reports, workflow automation and messaging into one place.
Instead of bolting together separate tools, listings, buyers, reports and follow-up already know about each other. It is built around the way an agency actually moves from first enquiry to ongoing relationship.

Tony Lawson · RE1
A branded website, listings and enquiries create the public front door.
Contacts, buyers, offers and open-home attendance enter one connected CRM.
Workflow boards and follow-up prompts prepare the right communication at each stage.
Property reports and appraisals turn live agency data into clear client experiences.
The connected outcome
Step · 01
Create the front door and capture attention.

Run the agency from one connected system.
Step · 03
Turn the appraisal into a memorable proposal.
Step · 04
Keep the agent, listings and next action together.
The recap
Tony Lawson built the connected operating system. Buri Son built the tools that sharpen the proposal and keep every relationship moving. Together, they showed what real estate technology looks like when it is built around the work.
